3. Account Rules

Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus fraud.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and contact details when registering an account.
• A national ID or passport may be required for identity verification (KYC).
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential.
• We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it to support@forbet.world immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

4. Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing bets on forbet. These rules apply to all bet types.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is available.
• Forbet reserves the right to void any bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds.
• If a match is abandoned or left incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same event (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Odds in live betting may change due to internet latency.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳20; the maximum varies by event.

For cricket: if fewer than 1 over has been bowled, the match is void and bets are refunded. For football: extra time is generally not included in full-time results, though it may apply to specific markets.

5. Payment Policy

Forbet uses fast and secure payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. The following rules apply to all transactions.

• Only payment methods registered in your name are accepted. Payments from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to delays due to banking holidays or technical issues during processing.
• Forbet reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any suspicious transactions.
• Forbet complies with international regulations to prevent fraud and money laundering.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit once.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement for each bonus (x5 to x20) has been fully met.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the period ends.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or abuse promotions is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to meet bonus requirements through suspicious betting patterns will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Forbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.

7. Responsible Gambling Policy

Forbet is deeply committed to responsible betting. We want every member to treat betting as entertainment and stay protected from financial or emotional harm.

• You can set deposit limits on your account — daily, weekly, or monthly.
• You may request a temporary or permanent account closure (Self-Exclusion) at any time.
• You can also set time limits on your betting sessions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on forbet and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to profit risk-free through arbitrage betting or by combining bets across multiple platforms
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or inside information

• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds
• Harassing or defrauding other members

10. Account Closure & Suspension

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before the closure is processed.

• Forbet may close an account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.
• A monthly inactivity fee (৳100) may be charged on accounts that have been inactive for 12 months.
• After account closure, your data is retained for a legally required period in accordance with applicable obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

Forbet strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Forbet is not liable for missed bets due to internet disconnection or technical disruptions.
• Forbet is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as payment providers or banks.
• Service disruptions may occur in the event of force majeure, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, and similar circumstances.
• Forbet is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

12. Policy on Changes to Terms

Forbet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• For significant changes, registered members will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.
• Minor updates will be communicated via platform announcements or banners.
• Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
